Settled for brunch at Anthesis last Saturday because of some really poor customer service at GRUB. Really hate it when I travel all the way to a place but not get to eat there in the end. Sigh. I didn't regret my decision though; Anthesis offers a wide selection of food with some pretty special/interesting items on their brunch menu:

Mango Smoothie and Iced Chocolate - the server gave me a choice of 'crazily indulgence' or 'human-like' for the Iced Chocolate. I went for the latter but regretted immediately after I drank the first sip because it tastes just like diluted chocolate milk? :( The other choice might have been better:
Fruit Salad (~S$8) - a mixture of fruits (grapefruit, orange, apple, blueberry and strawberry) and greens drizzled in honey yogurt. Would love it if there was more dressing because the veggies are pretty dry:
Truffle Fries - this was mehhhh.....:
The Colossal Breakfast (S$22) - a really filling breakfast set that comes with baked eggs (very yummy!), ham, bacon, sausage, greens and a poached egg, as well as 3 slices of bread of different varieties (which I didn't really like haha) by the side:
Eggs 3-Way (~S$16) - 3 mini burgers with eggs done in 3 different styles - poached, scrambled (with smoked salmon) and omelette. A really interesting combination, great for those who can't make up their mind the kind of eggs to choose! The sausage is reaaaally salty though:
I was a sunflower that day! Hahaha:
