Food For Thought @ Botanic Gardens + Poulet + 320Below Nitrogen Cream Cafe

Last week's brunch at FFT with Claudine:

We've been having supper almost every week but finally we could meet up for brunch!

My customised set (S$10) - 2 sunny side-ups, hashbrowns and chicken sausage chunks:

Claudine's customised set ($14) - scrambled egg, hashbrowns, mushrooms and chicken sausage chunks:

Brownies and (melted) marshmallows with a shot of espresso ($7.50) - Yumyum I really love this dessert! The sweetness of the brownie together with the bitterness of the espresso is such an awesome combination:

Headed to Poulet to meet my dancers for dinner after that:

Poulet Roll (half) (S$15.80):

Oxtail (S$7.80?):

A half dozen Escargots (S$8.80) - they taste pretty normal to me. My favourite escargots are still those from Bar Bar Black Sheep and FOSTERS:

Tiramisu (S$6.80?) - a really heavenly pot which we couldn't stop digging into. I've never been a huge fan of tiramisu but Beverly said this was good so we ordered it, and it was reaaallly delicious! Smooth and tasty:

And we had even more desserts at this really cool (no pun intended haha) cafe called 320 Below:

The making of our nitrogen ice-cream hahaha we were all so fascinated!:

We tried Earl grey, Baileys chocolate (couldn't really taste the baileys though), Rum & raisin, Banana butterscotch/honeycomb (THIS IS SUPER GOOD!!!! MUST TRY), Toffee, and Christmas Horlicks:

Please try this place out if you haven't!! Their staff are really friendly and helpful, we stayed way past their closing time (unknowingly) but they didn't even chase us off. They've also a wide variety of ice-cream flavours as you can see from the picture of the menu above, and what's more, they are freshly made! :)

Anyway exams are over and I'm finally done with Fall'12. Next semester's gonna be my last semester before I graduate, but I'm having mixed feelings about this... I've never wanted to step out into the working world :(
Will post photos from CAC soon once the photographer uploads the remaining concert photos! Stay tuned :)
