Last Saturday @ Assembly Coffee for their all-day breakfast:
Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows (~S$5.50) - another hot chocolate that I like because it's so dark chocolatey!:
Granola (S$6.90) - homemade granola served with artisanal Vanilla honey greek yogurt and fruits. You can never go wrong with granola and honey yogurt! These strawberries are surprisingly sweet too:
Scrambled Eggs Croissant (S$13.90) - comes with a choice of honey baked ham/smoked salmon. They were out of croissants when we ordered, so they substituted them for toasts! The portion of scrambled eggs is soooo generous just look at that creamy glowing yellow chunk... yummy! But sadly there are only 2 slices of smoked salmon:
Pulled Pork Sandwich (S$14.90) - slow-cooked pulled pork smothered in BBQ sauce, topped with cheddar and green apple slices, served with chips and salad on the side. The pulled pork portion is huge too, but overall it's a little too salty together with the BBQ sauce I had to do away with some pork. Tastes good nonetheless:
Earl Grey Caramel Waffles (S$11.50) - buttermilk waffles with homemade earl grey caramel sauce, fresh strawberries and New Zealand Natural vanilla ice-cream. I was kinda expecting more after hearing so many positive feedbacks about their waffles, but they aren't exactly fantastic to me. The waffles are fluffy and the sauce is really fragrant when eaten on its own, but when combined the waffles totally drown out the taste of the earl grey caramel:
Digging into the sandwich! :D
