Anyway this is a really backdated post.... from 2 weeks ago's lunch at Skyve:
Grapefruit Juice (S$6):
Grilled Prawn Aglio Olio (S$22) - linguine with grilled prawns, garlic, chilli, olive oil and white wine:
Skyving Breakfast (S$22) - with sunny side-ups, bread of your choice (mine was wholemeal), English pork sausages (1 of which replaced the sauteed mushrooms which I didn't want), Confit of Cherry tomatoes & roasted baby potatoes:
Braised Pork Cheeks Burger (S$18) - our favourite dish there that day! Omg this is reeaaallly heavenly hahaha I did not have enough!!! 6-hr braised Pork Cheeks in Balsamic vinegar, Kimchi salad and sweet & spicy Korean sauce:
