Waaay back in July @ Artistry for a lunch break, while at a photoshoot with Alain, Michelle and Shaun:
PB & J French Toast (S$14) - brioche French toast stuffed with peanut butter & raspberry jam, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with Vanilla ice-cream and mixed berries compote. I love peanut butter anything, so I fancied this a lot! The toast is soft and fluffy, and the PB & J fillings are thick and generous.
A really popular dish here (usually sold out by 2pm!) but if I'm not wrong, this item has been taken off their menu recently and replaced by a Kaya Butter French Toast :'(
Artistry Crab Burger (S$20) - jumbo lump crab between artisanal squid ink burger buns, served with sweet onion, mayonnaise, tomato, rockets and a choice of Cajun/truffle fries. We ordered 2 sets of this to try the 2 different types of fries; I preferred the Cajun fries as the seasoning is more flavourful. The squid ink buns are light and crisp, while the thick fried patty filled with crab meat shreds is really moist and juicy:
Now I know why friends always tell me I look very serious when taking photos of food hahaha (thanks Alain for the shots!):
HAHAH how I'm usually like:

Headed to Tian Kee & Co. after that for some desserts!:
Iced Pink Lady (S$6) - rose syrup in fresh milk; this basically tastes like a milkier version of Bandung:
Yuan Yang Cheesecake (S$6.50) - a combination of espresso and Hong Kong-styled milk tea, this cheesecake is dense, moist and not too sweet:
Milo Dinosaur Cheesecake (S$6.50) - who used to eat Milo powder from the tin can when they were younger?? Hahaha I did (and choked on it and never dared to do it again)! This cake feels a lot like eating it, along with the 'stickiness'. I wouldn't mind having a thicker layer of the milo powder though hehe:
