One week ago's lunch/dinner at Toby's Estate before dance training:
Toby's Estate is pretty much known for its coffee, and yes, we weren't disappointed by what we've ordered!
Cafe Latte (~S$5):
Cafe Mocha (~S$5) - I love their mocha especially! Somehow it has this special taste that got me hooked onto it:
Smoked Salmon Platter (~S$18) - We felt that this isn't really worth the price... there are only toasts and 6 thin pieces of salmon :(
Moroccan Baked Eggs (~S$16) - 2 eggs, chilli beef hash, confit of tomato, mushrooms, sausages and espresso bacon strips (which are reaaallllyyyy aromatic and yummy!):
Breakfast Taco (~S$12) - wrapped with scrambled eggs, cheese, beef hash and diced tomatoes.
I ordered another cup of mocha because it's really so good hehe. It's very rare for me to finish even 1 cup of coffee!:
Coffee here at Toby's Estate's really good, but I can't say the same for their food (and I'm not the only person who thinks this way)............ :/
They also have this 'communal dining' concept in the cafe, so be prepared to squeeze with many others during lunch/dinner hours at the same table. If you prefer privacy, it'd be better to take the high chairs by the window or the outdoor seats.
P.S. I can't remember the exact prices for everything we've ordered, so those stated above are just rough estimates!
