Achieved a couple of dance choreography milestones this year (especially for SP SDZ!)... something that I didn't even want/think I would do if you asked me to before 2018. The above is one of them! :)

What was half-done and stashed away in Q1 of 2017 was finally brought back to life and completed in this little video project of ours... partly due to 1.5 years of constant nagging from Vanessa hahaha. The initial choreography was meant for the TRDO Youth League competition back in 2017, but the Tertiary segment got cancelled due to poor response so there was no point in me finishing it up. I was secretly glad HAHAHA because I was really lost and didn't know how to choreography properly.

So yes... the idea of turning it into a video sounded good, but it also took me awhile to tell myself that I could do it. I decided that I should really complete it by the end of 2018 if I were to say yes, thank you dancers for making it happen with just 2 rehearsals!! Hence everything is far from perfect... but as Li Rong put it (to comfort me and also herself...) - 不完美才是完美 hahaha.








And as you can tell, they were horribly dirty because of the floor hahaha. Thank you for tolerating the space!!! :)



They bought me these cakes from Châteraisé which were soooo delicious :D

Happy December!! Time really flew by for me this year... sooo many things have happened in this 12 months.

Anywayyy, the last time I bleached my hair I told myself never to do it again because it was such an addiction, and I never was someone who carefully maintains my hair so it became pretty unhealthy.
But 2 years later, now, I decided it was time to go for it again haha just probably without the colouring:

Sin Lee Foods @ Jalan Bukit Ho Swee

Been so overwhelmed with activities and work recently! Haven't been cafe hopping much anymore, but here was last Saturday's adventure @ Sin Lee Foods :)













Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (S$5):



Salted Egg Yolk Sweet Potato Fries (S$11) - sweet potato fries with house made salted duck egg's sauce and crispy curry leaves. I don't usually order anything with sweet potato, but I thought I'd give this a try because of the salted egg yolk (can't do w/o!). The fries are served hot and crispy, the amount of salted egg yolk is just right - it doesn't overpower the taste of the sweet potato and we really liked it:





Soft Shell Burger (S$17) - seasoned + breaded soft shell crab and red aioli between toasted burger buns, served with house slaw and Russet potato fries. The bread is nicely toasted and fragrant, but the crab's a little bland (would prefer it saltier) for me:





Big Pig & Hen (S$18) - consists of pork bratwurst, spicy chorizo, eggs (scrambled/sunny side-up), bacon rashers and mushroom ragout on thick buttered toast. A typical breakfast set; tasty but nothing impressive:





Sin Lee's Fried Chicken & Waffles (S$21.90) - boneless chicken leg on iron waffles, served with house slaw and melted maple butter. The chicken is HUGE, with crispy skin and very very juicy + tender meat! It got a little salty towards the end though. The waffles are fluffy and light, and they have this sweet taste to it too which I liked:
